"Fightclub is one hell of an experience. From someone who had no boxing knowledge at all and never even had the notion of stepping in to a ring to fight - this challenge was completely out of the blue. I mainly joined this challenge to help ramp up my own fitness and to lose a couple more kgs and tone up. The guys down at Urban Gym are amazing and after training 4 - 5 times a week i was able to pick up enough skills to feel confident enough to step in to the ring at the end. It is a fantastic group of guys down at Urban Gym and i couldn't recommend them highly enough. I look forward to continuing my training with them every week. not only did i finish the 8 week challenge I have never felt better."

"I joined the Fightclub challenge to expand my fitness routine in a fun and interactive way. The unconditional support I received from John and the Urban Gym community kept me motivated and getting into the ring at the end of the 8 weeks was a unique experience that I really enjoyed. I was proud of how far all of us had come in such a short space of time. Everyone has their reason for putting on the gloves and stepping into the ring, I didn't step out with regrets."
